Welcome to the Black Olive Restaurant. Paul Psyllakis, entreprenuer and restauranter, has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. Originally from Greece, Paul is no stranger to Mediterranean cuisine. Working alongside Head Chef James, Paul is passionate about creating savoury dishes that will excite your palate. The Black Olive offers more than delicious dishes, it offers a place for friends and families to embrace one another and create memories that will last a life. The Black Olive is indeed a unique dining experience.

In 2002, the Black Olive was named by Oberon Press 'Where to Eat in Canada Restarurant Guide' as one of the best restaurants in the country. The Business Examiner's (August 2002 edition), Larry Moore, has also praised the Black Olive for its winning formula of excellent food in an elegant environment.
