To Whom It May Concern,

Dennis McMillan worked for Tarong Energy as a Senior Analyst Programmer for 15 months up until April 2001.  During this time he was involved in the analysis, development, and support of Access/VB applications covering a number of business areas.

For the 7 months I’ve been with Tarong, Dennis has reported to me.  During this time I’ve been impressed with his ability to:

Ø    Relate well with people and teams;

Ø    Seize opportunities and deliver solutions that help us improve our business.

He is a well skilled Analyst Programmer with a practical view of people’s issues.  Both the Information Services Department and our customers will miss his contribution.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dennis as a valued team member, and am willing to discuss this matter further if your require further information.
